Telling who you are to a mirror can be quite challenging. First of all, the inner critic will tell you that you might be going crazy talking to a mirror. For most of us, sitting in front of a mirror and facing ourselves can be difficult. After some time, I started playing with the whole scene. You can tell anything to the mirror. All the dark sides that might be filling you with guilt and shame. This is like a confession and a cleaning process. Once you have put light to your dark sides and got them out with your voice, they are no longer in the shadow. You own them. They are not associated with guilt and shame anymore. You can embrace them as a part of you. Accepting you exactly like you are. Right and wrong. Good and bad. From the point of creation to the point of description. .
