During decades we have been trying to help individual’s mental well-being via psychology and psychotherapy.Despite vast energy and money invested in this field, people experience limited results.
Through psychology and psychotherapy we investigate the past events and we may discover the source of trauma, but most of the time our solution to this traumas is only medicine and chemical tranquilizers, the patient continue to experience anxiety and panic attacks & hardly get rid of the trauma in a constructive way. The combination of coaching with psychology and psychotherapy, can help the patient to move forward to a brighter future instead of identifying themselves with the trauma and many other disempowering labels! This is essential for the social well-being and productivity of the individual which ads up to our global well-being.
