The program has taken inspiration from Louise Hay’s book entitled Mirror Work. The program is composed of 21 individual coaching sessions and one on one exercises and meditation sessions to embody self-love in the fullest way possible.

What is Mirror Work?

Louise Hay found that mirror work is the best technique to learn to love yourself as you see the world around you as a loving and safe place. She has been teaching mirror work to people for as long as she has been teaching them about affirmations.

Affirmations are the things you think or say. All the dialogues in your head and the self-talk you make are considered as streams of affirmations.

These are messages sent to your subconscious that help establish habitual methods of behaving and thinking.

Positive affirmations can plant healing ideas and thoughts to help you create deeper self confidence and improve your self esteem, thus leading to inner joy and peace of mind.

However, the most powerful of all affirmations are the ones you say out loud to yourself while standing in front of a mirror.

Why is that so?

The answer is simple: the mirror reflects back to you your feelings about yourself. This makes you aware right away of where you are flowing and open and when you are resisting. This clearly shows the thoughts you have to change for you to enjoy a fulfilling and joyous life.

By learning how to do mirror work, you can become even more aware of your actions and the words you speak. You will also learn how you can take better care of yourself on a much deeper level than what you have been doing in the past.
